We offer a full refund if for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase.

All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on the website:
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of order
The item/s must be complete and in 'as new' (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or product packaging) and full resalable condition
Fabric purchases are cut directly from the roll and therefore cannot be returned for refunds or exchange
Items must not have been used and should be returned with the original box, packing, accessories or any free gifts you received with it
We will NOT refund any items that have been specially ordered or made to your individual specification (Custom orders)
The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods and this cost will not be refunded. If the return is due to a faulty item, postage will be included in the refund.
A full refund (excluding initial delivery charges) will be refunded when the return is made within 7 days of receiving the order. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Refunds are made in £ GBP. and will be refunded within 28 days according to whichever method of payment was originally used.
International orders will be refunded excluding initial shipping charge.
All items purchased are your responsibility until we receive them. So we recommend that you use recorded/registered post to return your items. Andshine is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
